I don't see my order or shipping confirmation.
Sometimes our emails get filtered in to Junk Mail. You will receive both an order confirmation and a shipping or pick up confirmation once your package has shipped or is ready for pick ups. If you have not received this please check your Junk Mail folder. Email email@example.com if you are still unable to find confirmation emails.
What processing and shipping turn-around times can I expect?
We are committed to getting your order out to you or your loved one as quickly as possible. While most of the orders will be processed and packaged same-day (for orders placed before 7pm ET), and sent out for delivery the following day, please add on 24 to 48 hours of processing time when estimating when your package will arrive. If you are concerned about timing, please send us an email.
Estimated Shipping Times
Currently, we are only able to ship within Canada. We hope to expand shipping internationally eventually. Check back with us soon if you are hoping for an international order!
*Please note, that normal shipping turn-around times may be subject to delay during peak shipping seasons (such as major holidays). Please follow up with the Canada Post Website for holiday timelines and delay notices. We will do our best to inform customers when delays are communicated by Canada Post. You will be provided with a tracking number to be able to follow along with the delivery status of your parcel.
*Due to Covid-19, Canada Post is not currently guaranteeing these time frames. Delays are likely at this time.
Standard Shipping: 1 to 7 Business Days (add 1-2 days for rural areas)
Expedited Shipping: 1 to 3 Business Days (add 1-2 days for rural areas)
Can I purchase a single item, on it's own?
Yes, we are able to accommodate boxes of any number of products, including any single item on the Custom Box page.
Can you package items separately?
If you require any items to be packaged in separate boxes, to be sent to the same shipping address, please leave us a note at checkout detailing which items need to be packaged separately. Please scroll down on the checkout page to find the note section, as it can appear to be hidden. If you require the separate parcels to be delivered to more than one shipping address, you will have to place multiple orders.
Can I leave a note for a card to be included in the package?
Yes, absolutely! There is a space on the check out page to leave your note to be hand written on a card. Please scroll down on the checkout page, as the space is sometimes hidden. If you miss the note section, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org to add a note.
